Nuclear Power it's not safe,
it's not clean.
1 in 40 chance of a nuclear nightmare in Australia,
30 tonnes of nuclear fuel waste per reactor per year.
Google how many nuclear power plants have ever existed.
440 current, with 106 retired, lets say 560, ever.
2 meldowns, that we know of, Chernobyl and Fukashima.
Thats 1 in 280.
When we build 7 nuclear power plants in Australia thats 7 tickets in a raffle we don't want to win. That's 1 in 40 chance of a nuclear nightmare. Think unmitigated plumes of radiation wafting over Sydney on any Westerly from a mess in Lithgow, or Melbourne from a meltdown in the Latrobe valley. The current estimates for cleaning up either of these meltdowns is 60 years at best at $unlimited trillions.
A 1 in 40 chance of nuclear catastrophe is not safe!
